Аннотация:Nitrodopamine has found wide practical application in chemistry, materials science and biomedicinedue to its remarkable abilities in conjugation processes and surface modification. In the present work, a mild acidic catalysis for dopamine nitration has been developed t hat gives nitrodopamine in highyield and excellent purity using sodium hydrogen sulfate as an affordable, non aggressive reagent,suitable for routine synthesis and scalable from milligram to multi gram scale.
