Аннотация:In terms of the Alekseev-Popov Kolotyrkin model supplemented by the virial adsorption isotherm, charge densities of specific adsorption, electrocapillary curves, and differential capacitance curves were calculated for the Hg electrode in aqueous x M C//3F//7COONa and 0. 5m MC//3F//7COONa plus 0. 5 (1 minus m) M NaF solutions at 5, 25, and 60 degree C which are in satisfactory agreement with the corresponding experimental data. The model-type theory that is developed satisfactorily describes the set of experimental data for specific adsorption of C//3F//7COO** minus ions at the Hg/H//2O interface in binary and mixed solutions.
