We discuss, from a theoretical perspective, potential of the so-called (e,3e) EMS method, where two fast final electrons (scattered and knocked-out) are detected in coincidence with a slow final electron, which is ejected due to shake-off. A remarkable feature of the considered method, compared, for instance, to (e,3-1e) EMS, is that it provides direct access to angular electron-electron correlations in the target wave function.
