Main results. Analysis and investigation of up-to-date points of view and instruction flow planning means for conveyer RISC architectures that use local planning algorithms inside the linear block and also global planning methods such as route and superblock planning were provided. One of the most popular local planning algorithms List Sheduling and its main modifications were investigated in detail. As a result of this research, a new algorithm modification was proposed, that is based on an introduced unique heuristics. It was shown that such modification does not bring out the algorithm from the polynomial class and its complexity is kept to be o(n2). The experimental variant has been realized on the Alpha DEC architecture. As the result of the provided investigations, the program transformation system conceptual scheme was developed, its main components and ways of their interaction were specified. The solutions for the applicability degree calculation and transformation algorithms effectiveness problems were proposed. They used fuzzy sets theory body of mathematics. The experimental variant of the applicability appreciation and transformation algorithms effectiveness calculating subsystem was realized. When working on the experimental realization a n architecture properties formal description tool was developed and realized. The results were discussed on the Lomonosov Readings 1999 (MSU), on the international conference "Intellectual CAD/CAM System" in Taganrog, the report is to be printed in the collected researches (thesis copy is attached).
