- Аннотация: This monograph describes a study of the cardiovascular dysfunctions caused by functional and degenerative brain disorders and their treatment. The analysis of the study results has allowed to establish mechanisms of cerebral and cardiovascular disorders interdependence at progressive seizure readiness, ishemic stroke, progressive nigrostriatal neuronal degeneration etc. A role of mediator mechanisms in compensatory recovery processes realization in different neuron-glia systems has been studied. Author’s scientific theories are discussed in detail, which elucidate the associativity of changes in brain and cardiovascular system (CVS) at different stages of comorbid disorders. Complex analysis of cerebral hemodynamics and its autoregulation, neurophysiological and neurochemical alterations at comorbid disorders and their treatment allowed to establish mechanisms predisposing for CVS autonomic imbalance, as well as for life-threatening arrhythmias occurrence at cardiocerebral disorders of various genesis. The book is intended for cardiologists, neurologists, physiologists, as well as for teachers and students of medical universities and medical and biological faculties.
