[1] Climate box. An interactive learning toolkit on climate change. Textbook / V. Berdin, Y. Dobrolyubova, E. Gracheva et al. — United Nations Development Programme Moscow, 2015. — P. 256. The Climate Box contains interactive educational materials, a teacher’s guide, posters, leaflets and related games to attract the attention of school children aged between 9-12 years. The Box aims to make school children aware of the science behind Climate Change, its implications, and the impact and linkages with water resources. The Climate Box utilizes a very successful experience of the Black Sea Box and the Baikal Box, which were also developed by Every Drop Matters. The toolkit includes sections on climate change science, its impacts, possible solutions, best practices and case studies, with recommendations on how children and their families can contribute to climate change mitigation efforts. The Box has been received with great appreciation, with a high demand for the resource already coming from the educational community, schools, and relevant authorities.
