- Аннотация: Current strategy of structure elucidation for nitrogen containing aromatic heterocycles imply routine use of 15N HMBC experiments optimized on certain values of long-range spin-spin couplings 15N-H. To our knowledge, the proper choice of reliable supporting data for these parameters is difficult. There is little or no experimental data available up to date even for such important model systems like indole, quinoline and azobenzene - the basic structures for alkaloids, variety of natural products and dye-stuffs.Our data shows, that stereochemical dependencies of long-range spin-spin coupling constants nJN-H and nJN-C are characteristic and can be useful for structure elucidation and conformational analysis of nitrogen-containing compounds in flexible systems.
