Аннотация:Reaction of Ph2P(O)CH2CH2(OCH2CH2)5P(O)Ph2 (L) with alkali and alk.-earth metal salts in MeCN forms complexes of 1:1 and 1:2 M:L ratios. For lithium salts, complexes of 1:1 and 2:1 M:L ratios are formed. The most stable complex is BaL2+, whereas the least stable are NH4L+ and CaL2+. The Li-selectivity of this podand is significantly higher than that of crown ethers.
