- Аннотация: The paper presents results on holographic recording of transformations in live HeLa cells photosensitized by Radachlorin sensitizer in the course of their laser irradiation and after the treatment. The analysis of cells response is given. The data on photoinduced variations of intracellular distributions of refractive index provided by digital holographic micro-interferometry offers additional information on the dynamics of cell response in the course of its photodynamic treatment and further apoptosis. This information may be of importance for optimization of treatment doses and protocols in PDT.
