Аннотация:The difference in parameters of visual-guided and memory guided saccades was shown. Increase of the memory guided saccades latency in comparison with visual-guided saccades latency may indicate the deceleration of saccadic programming on the basis of extraction information from memory. The comparison of parameters and topography of evoked potential N1 and P1 on the signal to make memory- or visual-guided saccades can suggest that early stage of saccade programming – the processing of the space information, is predominantly realized with top-down attention mechanism before memory-guided saccade and bottom-up mechanism before visual-guided saccade. Findings show that increasing of memory-guided saccades latency is connected of making decision, the central stage saccade programming. We proposed that wave N2, witch is developed in the middle of memory-guided saccades latency, correlated with this process. Topography and spatial dynamics of components N1, P1 and N2 testify that memory-guided saccades programming is controlled by fronto-media-talamic system of selective attention and mechanizms of motor attention in the left hemispher.
