The goals of this study were to investigate double calcium alkali metal phosphates as materials with high bioresorption and to compare various industrial pro cesses for the manufacture of highly permeable resorb able ceramic implants based on Ca3 – хM2х(РО4)2 (M = Na, K) having sufficient strength by means of three dimensional printing methods. The study provides the following conclusions. (i) Two versions of technological process for the production of ceramics with a specified system of interconnected pores for the manufacture of highly osteoconductive implants were compared for the first time. (ii) It was found that the SLA process gives ceramic items with smaller macropores. (iii) Laboratory samples of ceramics based on dou ble calcium alkali metal phosphates with a specified architecture, providing high osteoconduction and bioresorption, were manufactured for the first time. The samples also have a sufficient mechanical strength. The solubility (bioresorption) of the obtained ceramic implants based on Ca3 – xM2x(PO4)2 (M = Na, K) can be varied over rather broad limits by varying the degree of alkali metal substitution for cal cium.
