[1] Rostovtseva J. I. Palynological analysis of the bathonian deposits from borehole №5, north east of moscow (russia // Program and Abstracts of 8th European Palaeobotany-Palynology Conference. — Budapest. Hungary, 2010. — P. 201–201. The palynological analysis of the Bathonian deposits has been carried out for the borehole Zorge №5, which is located on the north east of city of Moscow (Russia). 12 samples have been studied from the clays and sands of the borehole. As a result the single palynological assemblage was established. Pollen grains are abundant (over 65% of the total of the assemblage). Sciadopityspollenites mesozoicus dominates among pollen constituting 22% of the assemblage. It should be noted that a lot of different ancient pollen grains (7.6%) are found. There is also the pollen genus of Cycadopites (6,3%), and Classopollis (4%). Also a few pollen of Caytoniopollenites pallidus, Eucommiidites troedssonii and Ephedripites sp. were rarely met through the section. Besides the pollen, there are some spores (32%) and a few alga (3%). The systematic composition of the spores is various. Primitive spores of Gleicheniaceae of are dominated (21%) and represented by following species: Plicifera decora, Gleichenidites laetus, and G. senonicus. There are a few spores of Cyatheaceae (Cyathidites minor and C. australis, 9 %). Among spores of hygrophilic ferns are represented by Osmundacidites jurassicus, Todites minor, and Marattisporites scabratus. There are various lycopods: Neoraistrickia rotundiformis, N. longibaculata, Neoraistrickia sрp., Densoisporites velatus, Lycopodiumsporites spp., which are typical for the Bajoician deposits. It is also important that the Callovian species: Klukisporites variegatus, Staplinisporites caminus were found in the deposits. The green alga Crassosphaera bella, Pterospermella sp., Schizosporis spp., and Botryococcus are found. The acritarcha are represented by Leiosphaeridia sp., Baltisphaeridium crameri, Micrhystridium stellatum, Leiofusa jurassica. Thus studied palynological assemblage has the Late Bathonian age. The absence of dinocysts presumes the continental conditions of accumulation of the deposits from the studied region. The research was supported by Russian Foundation for Basic Researches, project No 08-04-00633.
