- Аннотация: A phenomenon of gelatinous meteors, so called “star jelly”, Pwdre Ser is under analysis. Objects appear during rains and storms in different places on the Earth; they have complex, irregular form of jelly-like formations or pancakes of grey, blue-yellow or red-orange color. Observation data about these natural objects are presented. Hypotheses of their origination connected with the bacteria Blue-green algae and Pseudomonas in clouds grown structures are considered.
