Аннотация:This article is devoted to the archaeological study of one of the historical possessions in Zamoskorechye, in Runovsky Lane, its chronology, toponymy and topography. The origin of the lane’s name was associated by historians with the Runovka tract and Ovchinnaya Sloboda. The development of the site according to pictorial and written sources has been traced since 1739, in detail since 1768. Archaeological work has established the development of the site from the turn of the 17th–18th century. Its desolation was confirmed in the first half of
the 19th century, building elements of the second half of the 19th and the first half of the 20th centuries were discovered, and the absence of markers linking the site under study with Ovchinnaya Sloboda was recorded.
