Аннотация:At the current level of knowledge, seven acute and flat summit submarine volcanoes, some ofwhich are almost completely buried, are recognized in the structure of the Paramushir group of submarinevolcanoes located on the Sea of Okhotsk slope of the Kuril island arc. Petrological–mineralogical and petrophysical studies have been carried out in modern laboratories. Geomorphological and geophysical dataobtained in expeditions of the research vessel Vulkanolog in 1981‒1991 have been processed using moderncomputer technologies. These studies again demonstrated the effective work of the authors’ team in studyingthe structure of submarine volcanoes of the Kuril island arc and provided new data on the Pacific Oceanisland-arc volcanism
