This work continues the investigation of reactivity arylhalides in present of discussed catalytic system towards to different type of organic substrates (such as RCN, ArOR, AlkX, where X – halogen etc.). The dependence of reaction yields from such factors as solvent nature, temperature, nickel source, quantity and nature of reducing agent have been studied and also some suggestions about reaction mechanism have been proposed.
