Аннотация:This paper examines how HR management supports ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) objectives as well as promotes sustainability for business development. The study seeks to determine vital human resource management practices which advance corporate sustainability throughout organizations. The research performs an analysis of different HR approaches to determine both positive and negative aspects while establishing categories for sustainable HR initiatives.
