Аннотация:In this paper, we study the effect of interlayer coupling and magnetoelectric interaction in magnetoelectric superlattice with ferromagnetic and ferroelectric films by using Monte Carlo simulation. We are interested in the influence of frustrations on the formation of skyrmions and phase transitions in the system. We show that magnetic frustration induces the creation and emergence of a skyrmion phase at moderate values interface magnetoelectric coupling with adjacent ferroelectric layer. The effect of changing magnetic parameters on the size of skyrmions in a magnetoelectric superlattice is investigated. Achieving control of the size of skyrmions by the parameter of the interlayer or magnetoelectric interaction, for example, by applying elastic shifts, assist the design of functional skyrmion-based applications. Here, we show how small changes in the interlayer interaction and the magnetoelectric interaction (type of Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya) type lead to large changes in size and to a shift in the phase transition temperature.
