Аннотация:Deep penetration mode is used in additive manufacturing using laser and electron beams, which has a number of advantages for the production of responsible products. However, the application of the deep penetration mode is complicated by the undesirable generation of pores by an unstable penetration channel with a deterioration in the structural integrity of products and their operational characteristics. Fundamental studies of the mechanism of pore formation in the deep penetration mode have established the criterion for stopping pore generation in the channel and the law of scaling the position of the technological window depending on operational parameters. Predictive definition of the technological window allows optimizing the strategy of eliminating pores, reducing the number of technological samples, and expanding the possibilities of digital CAD engineering.
