Аннотация: A discussion is given of the generalisation of the Ginzburg-Landau equations to the transient case in which the parameter U, equal to the ratio of the relaxation time of the order parameter to the relaxation time of the current, is introduced. Considerable differences are found between values of the parameter deduced from experiments on the homogeneous relaxation (Ugsim230) and on spatially inhomogeneous superconductors (Ucong12), which indicate that the generalised Ginzburg-Landau equations fail to describe all transient processes. The equations with U=12 are used to estimate the Q-factor of a superconducting resonator in the case of motion of magnetic flux lines in the walls.
