Аннотация:This article considers the problem of reflecting Russian-language sources of information in the information field, which is now closely connected with the internet. The websites of some scientific journals are briefly described and analyzed. This article reports on the work on creating a technology for preparing a full-text electronic archive of a scientific journal and its website using all issues of Acoustic Journal as an example. Each issue is divided into articles, and each article is placed in its appropriate section. It is possible to view an image of each article in PDF format including an overlaid text layer and to search for articles by issue, author, and section. Author and section indexes are available. The process of preparing the archive is described and the timeliness of the project implementation is substantiated. Statistical information is provided, as follows: the impact factor of the Acoustic Journal according to the Russian Science Citation Index, the number of visits to the site by country and administrative districts of the Russian Federation, the content of the headings, the age composition of readers. Not only is the scientific value of the archive demonstrated, but also its use as material for analyzing the activities of individual scientists and organizations, as well as for predicting the development of certain areas of the relevant subject area, acoustics in our case.
