- Аннотация: In this paper, it is demonstrated that the electrostatic “repulsion effect” previously predicted for conductors with a blind cavity also manifests itself in the case of thin-walled uncharged cylindrical and conical conductors in the field of a point charge. Axial symmetry of a cavity is not necessary for the manifestation of the effect. This fact proves the possibility of the “repulsion effect” for conductors with various types of cavities.
