Аннотация:Being a clinical option for refractory and relapsed anaplastic large cell lymphoma, ALK- negative (ALCL, ALK-), autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (auto-HSCT) is associated with three-year progression-free survival, overall survival, and non-relapse mortality rates of 50%, 65%, and 6%, respectively [Smith et al, 2013]. The incidence of acute cerebrovascular accident after auto- and allo-HSCT reaches 2.9%, mortality rate is 69.4%. In the structure of the etiology of stroke, ischemic stroke makes up 25%. Objective: presentation of a clinical observation of auto-HSCT complicated
by the ischemic stroke.
