Аннотация:Statistical modeling of slushflow dynamics in the basin No 166 (Khibiny) was carried out using the Monte-Carlo method. The two-layered hydrodynamic model of slushflow movement was used. The coefficient of dry friction and the water inflow to the "tail" of a flow were considered as random variables. Statistical estimates were obtained and the histograms and the cumulative distribution functions were constructed for the basic dynamic features of a slushflow and the parameters of its deposition zone. The resulting values were compared with field observation data.
