Аннотация:Background: Chondrosarcoma is a rare tumor of the head and neck. Microsurgical resection via opentranscranial and transfacial approaches is the main method of treatment for chondrosarcoma of nasal cavity. The use of endoscopic techniques for the treatment of chondrosarcoma is not sufficiently described. Wepresent a unique case of treatment of nasal cavity chondrosarcoma using transnasal endoscopic resection.Case Description: A young male patient suffered from a nasal blockage and a pronounced deformationof the left zygomatic region. He was operated for a chondroma on the left maxillary sinus 16 years ago, thenhe was not observed. The conducted magnetic resonance imaging showed a giant tumor. A decision wasmade on preoperative endovascular embolization due to the size of the tumor. The next step was endoscopicsurgery, during which the tumor was removed from the nasal cavity, the hard palate, both maxillary sinuses, orbits and the ethmoid sinus. Histological examination revealed morphological features characteristic of G1chondrosarcoma. As a result, the patient was discharged on day 7 with a decrease in facial deformity, in goodhealth and sent for proton beam thorn. Conclusions: Our experience demonstrates the successful use of endoscopic technologies for the treatmentof such rare disease as chondrosarcoma. The patient-friendly and minimally traumatic endoscopic approachhas proven itself well. However, more data is needed to clarify the limita
