Аннотация:The evaporated to 40±10 wt.% brown extracts with a density of 1.15-1.3 g / cm3 and a pH of 3.4 −5.9 are a mixture of water-soluble substances of the bark (tannins, glycosides, pectin, free di- and monosaccharides, catechol, saponin, and ash components) with inhibitory effect of γ = 2−5 for the acid corrosion of carbon steels 20К, 65g and stainless steels 10X18H10T, 10X17H13M2T. On the basis of potentiostatic studies found that extracts of the bark of aspen (ECO) and spruce (ECE) inhibit the cathodic and particularly anodic process in acid corrosion of steels 3 and 10X18H10T . The inhibitory effect of γ increases to 6 −30 with a mixture anodic inhibitor ECE (ECO) with cathodic inhibitor ECS or modifying the small addition((0.1 − 1 g /dm3) synergist . Inhibitory composition based on extracts of bark are effective, soluble in water and aqueous media to form a foam, non-toxic, fire and explosion safety and have a renewable source of raw materials (waste wood bark). On the results of pilot (Anan`eva G.F) and industrial testing(Smirnov V.D., Mal`tseva G.N.) developed inhibitors on the basis of water and water-salt extracts of the bark are more effective in comparison with applied inhibitors and can be used for acid pickling of carbon steels, for an acid washing and cleaning the steel digesters PPI, hydrolysis apparatus and heat exchange equipment (Shkol`nikov E.V. RR2011.SPb: SPbFTA,2011,pp.191-192).
