Аннотация:The rapid implementation of new information technologies changes the structure of work and educational activities, and influences the development of specific types of negative human functional states (HFS). Different stress-management programs are used for supporting the optimal level of efficiency and state. Several of them are appropriate for implementation during short breaks in order to prevent accumulation of acute negative changes in a chronic form. One of the prospective ways is to use stress-management programs based on self-regulation techniques of HFS. The essential trait of these techniques is the development of inner psychological means, created and used by a subject in order to manage his/her HFS. The main practical advantage of self-regulation techniques is the possibility of their application by a person (1) without any additional help from others and (2) at any time and in any place where and when it is necessary, including work and educational surroundings. The experimental results of comparison of several stress-management programs will be presented. The study was conducted in order to investigate the effectiveness of programs with respect to HFS optimization in several occupational groups during intensive education activities. The programs were elaborated on the base of such self-regulation techniques, as progressive relaxation, ideomotor imagination and autogenic training in combination with additional audio-visual means of stress-management. The data show the efficiency of such way of HFS optimization in general, as well as a presence of the specific effects on HFS manifestations in dependence on the context of job activity. The ways of arrangement and implementation of HFS optimization programs accordingly the specific needs of different occupational groups will be discussed, and supported by the sets of data of their practical validity.
