Аннотация:The vibrational IR spectra of polymer-chain glasses and single crystals of TlAsX2( X-S,Se) have been investigated. Theoretical analysis of the results of kinetic study of surface isothermal crystallization of glasses taking into account the peculiarities of their structure has been carried out by different methods. A semi-empirical calculation of the temperature dependence of the rate of non-reconstructive crystal growth has been carried out. It is shown that layer-by-layer stationary crystal growth in TlAsS2 glass occurs on helical dislocations, and in TlAsSe2 glass the transition from the dislocation mechanism to two-dimensional nucleation and layer-by-layer crystal growth at supercoolings greater than 120 degree is probable.
