Аннотация:The accuracy and speed of modern technologies allow to predict effects which lead to significant distortions of formdesign element. Here the characteristic dimensions of structural elements and areas of thermal effects of the laser beam vary fromtens of centimeters to micron size. So, the strong local heating leads to a large temperature gradient in a sample and, consequently,to a large thermomechanical stress. But, however, it is important that circumferential tensile stresses cause brittle fracture only forbrittle materials, the strength of which is determined by the first hypothesis of strength in terms of the highest tensile stresses.Furthermore, effects associated with plasticity and significant residual yield strain can also be considered. And there are reasons tobelieve that not all the effects are found yet. We propose a new approach which can help to study complex exposure and is extremelyimportant to assess the possibility of destruction of structures under intense laser heating conditions. To make practical the computersimulation of the behavior of brittle materials which are affected to rapid local heating, we develop the study of both the temperatureand the stress distributions and the plastic strain of the sample. And report the analysis of the residual yield strain after unloading.
