Аннотация:В статье рассмотрены причины образования на постсоветском пространстве вневедомственных органов предварительного следствия в виде следственных комитетов; проведено сравнительное исследование (на примере действующих – в Беларуси, Приднестровской Молдавской Республике и Российской Федерации) их назначения, организации и функциональных особенностей, обусловленные спецификой национальных систем уголовного судопроизводства; выделены их схожие черты и отличия; высказаны предположения о ближайших перспективах их развития.
Reasons of foundation in the post-Soviet space of non-departmental preliminary investigation bodies in the form of investigative committees are considered in this article; there was carried out a comparative study (at examples of acting one in Belarus, Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and Russian Federation) of their purposes, organization and functional features, determined by the specifics of national criminal justice systems; there was allocated the similarities and differences, stated assumptions about the immediate prospects for their development.
