Аннотация:Nonlinear, finite-dimensional singularly perturbed dynamical systems containing singular controls are considered. The right-hand sides of such systems on certain manifolds are not bounded. For such dynamical systems a specific definition of controllability relative to a given domain is given. Next, a sufficient condition for controllability is formulated. Moreover, some remarks and comments on singularly perturbed dynamical systems are presented.
