Аннотация: The population of the Ohrid miner on infested horse chestnut trees growing in different light conditions was evaluated. The dynamics of development, expressed in the ratio of caterpillars and pupae of different ages was found to depend on the conditions of natural lighting. The need to take this factor into account when monitoring a pest and developing protective measures is discussed.
