- Аннотация: The relevance of the problem under study is due to the issues of venture investment, with the help of which, in many cases, it is possible to solve the problem of lack of investment for scientific, technical and development work. An analysis of conceptual views on this issue indicates a divergence of theoretical positions, since venture investment in the world is becoming one of the most effective mechanisms for accelerating innovation processes in the economy. The purpose of the article is to determine the forms, methods and tools of state management of the development of venture capital investment in the country that are most acceptable, taking into account national characteristics.
