- Аннотация: на английском языке. Russia is now in a search for new prospective oil and gas regions in the Arctic area, onshore and offshore. Yamal is an example. Due to unique natural conditions there, clean technologies are believed critical, to minimise technology loads on the environment and to avoid negative implications for indigenous population and its core activities. Global warming is another concern to watch in terms of technology implications. Special provisions would be likely essential in this respect. This paper summarises climate change projections and related analyses.
