Аннотация:As a result, according to the results of biotesting by elute and application methods in different test systems based on the reaction of plants, crustaceans and infusoria, differences in the effectiveness of soil detoxification with nano- and microparticles of iron were revealed. This once again confirms that when assessing the ecotoxicity of the soil, the application method, in which the entire soil is evaluated as a whole, and not just an aqueous extract (eluate), should be preferred.
