Аннотация:LiFeAs, known as unconventional bulk superconductor with Tc ~ 17K, crystallizes in space group P4/nmm and is formed of Fe2As2 layers with the Li atoms between them. Crystals have a tendency to grow as thin plates and cleave along ab layers [1].This work deals with the synthesis and characterization of LiFeAs single crystals with the substitution of Fe on 3d and 4d elements, electron- (Co, Rh, Pd), hole- (V) and isoelectronic (Ru) doping included.
