Аннотация:Изучен химический состав танниновой фракции кипрея узколистного иван-чая (Chamerion angustifolium (L.) Holub., Chamaenerium angustifolium (L.) Scop.). Выделены олигомерные таннины хаменерины I, II и III.
The complex drug with antitumor activity was worked out from the flowers of Chamerion angustifolium (L.) Holub. (syn.: Chamaenerium angustifolium (L.) Scop.). Three oligomeric tannins called chamenerin I, chamenerin II and chamenerin III were isolated from the polyphenol fraction. At the results of their physicochemical study and their chemical transformations (products of total and partial hydrolysis, products of their O-methylation and O-acetylation, the 1H and 13C NMR spectra) there had been shown that chamenerin I (1) was the hydrolyzable dimeric tannin, containing galloyl, hexahydroxydiphenoyl and valloneyl moieties, identified with oenothein B, isolated earlier from Oenothera erythrosepala. Chamenerin II and chamenerin III were shown to be olygomeric tannins with higher molecular masses and their partial structures were determined. Spatial structures of oenothein B conformations were constructed using the methods of computer modeling (MM2 and molecular dynamics programs - ChemOffice 2000 and 2004)
