Аннотация:For the treatment and prevention of non-tamed domestic and wild animals with parasitosis, a newsupramolecular complex of ivermectin (SMCI) was used, which is formed when the solid dispersion ofivermectin obtained during its joint mechanochemical treatment with the polysaccharide arabinogalactan andthe polymer PVP is dissolved in water. As a result of studies on the general toxic effect and tolerability ofSMCI for subchronic toxicity, it was shown that it at a dose of 60.0, 30.0 and 15.0 mg / kg for ivermectin withdaily intragastric use for 7 days, on the 8th and 55th days did not cause the death of animals and externalmanifestations of toxicity, did not change the behavioral reactions of animals.
