Аннотация:—We consider the stabilization of the relative equilibrium of a satellite moving in a circular orbit,which is equipped with a magnetic attitude-control system, taking into account aerodynamic moments. It isshown that the linearized system of equations of motion belongs to a special class of linear time-varying systems that are reducible to time-invariant ones. The controllability of both time-invariant and time-varyingsystems is investigated. The efficient optimal stabilization algorithm based on the reduced time-invariant system is constructed. A detailed simulation is carried out that demonstrates the effect of aerodynamic moments.
