Аннотация:Abstracts of the 19h International Congress «Phytopharm-2015». Adhesive interactions between immune and cancer cells are significant for reducing the immune escape mechanism for tumors. That is why correcting the expression of blood celis leukocyte integrins can be essential for antitumor reactions. The aim of this study was to investigate the leukocyte integrins LFA-1 (CD11a) and Mac-1 (CD11b) expressions on blood lymphocytes in males of CBA inbred mice with a genetical predispo¬sition to the spontaneous formation of hepatomas as well as integrins regulation by phytomix-40 dry extract. Phytomix-40 dry extract was produced by a special desiccation technology of forty medical herbs water-ethanol extracts mixture. Phytomix-40 has wide spectrum of activities including immunomodifying and antitumor effects (1, 2). The mice of the control group (n = 100) were given water. The mice of the experimental group (n = 100) were given 0,3% phytomix-40 dry extract solution in drinking water during the first month of a mouse's life which is the final differentiation period of the normal liver. Immune cells were analyzed by quantifying the expression of CD11a and CD11b antigens using flow cytometric study. There were no significant differences between parameters evaluated in two groups at the ages of 4 and 8 months (p>0,5). In the control animals LFA-1 and Mac-1 expressions were decreased down to 36,5±1,9% and 6,8±1,1% respectively at the age of 22 months (p8_22 = 0,02). Parameters alterations observed can suppress adhesive interactions between immune effectors and tumour cells. At the same time in the experimental group LFA-1 (44,6±2,1, pt_2 = 0,01) and Mac-1 (12,1 ±1,1, p13 = 0,003) were higher than in con
trol group. It should be noted that phytomix-40 in the form of water-ethanol extract showed the similar immunomodifying effects. So, blood lymphocytes with the leukocyte integrins expression upregulation can be connected with the elevation of adhesive ligands (ICAM-1, 2) for immune effectors which can kill cancer cells. The results suggest the enhancing by such a way the organism antitumor inspection.
