- Аннотация: Abstracts of the 19h International Congress «Phytopharm-2015».The immune effectors cytotoxity inhibition against tumor cells are related not only with the adhesive receptors community violation responsible forthe formation of conjugates with cancer cells but also with cytokines accompaniment. Serum cytokines IL-6 and IL-10 as well as their regulation by phytomix-40 dry extract were investigated in males of CBA inbred mice with spontaneous hepatocarcinomas. Phytomix-40 dry extract was produced by a special desiccation technology of forty medical herbs water-ethanol extracts mixture. It has wide spectrum of activities including immunomodifying and antitumor effects water. The mice of the experimental group (n = 100) were given 0,3% phytomix-40 dry extract solution in drinking water over a period of the first month of a mouse's life which is the final differentiation period of the normal liver. Serum cytokine concentra¬tions were determined at the ages of 4, 8 and 22 months by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. There were no differences between parameters evaluated in animals of two groups at the age of 4 and 8 months. The IL-6 and IL-10 serum concentrations in control animals were elevated significantly at the age of 22 months (to 140,2±7,2 pg/ml, p8_22 = 0,0005 and 65,0±4,1 pg/ml, pa_22 = 0,0002 respectively). IL-6 and IL-10 serum levels in the experimental group were lower than in control group at the same age (117 ± 7,2 pg/ml, p,2 = 0,03 and 50,3±4,7 pg/ml, p, 2 = 0,03 respectively). It should be noted that phytomix-40 in the dosage form of water-ethanol extract showed the similar effects. Decrease of IL-10 and IL-6 serum levels can restore immune cells activity and correlates with increasing the leukocyte integrins expression. Down regulation of serum IL-6 and IL-10 cytokines in males of CBA inbred mice is considered to reduce production of antibodies (which cover tumor cells antigens and diminish immune cells activity) as well as cachexia features.
