- Аннотация: This review is presented the properties, comparative antitumor activity of drugs alkylnitrosoureas(ANU), both foreign and domestic counterparts. In recent years, widely is studied possibility of targeting delivery to tumor cells derived ANU with the aid liposomes, providing the characteristic distribution of the substance in the body. Successful of use liposomes is determined that they are able to efficiently to bind and to release the drug to ensure its intactness before interaction with targeting cells. Liposomes prolong drug action, prevent the development of adverse reactions and have high bioavailability.
