Аннотация:Problems of modernization of teaching art disciplines with topical area “Art” are analyzed in the article. The author’s concept of etymological and phraseological definition dictionaries for primary schoolchildren is described. The potential of using the dictionary materials for realization of the regional component of art education and organization of different forms of extracurricular activity on art disciplines is discussed. The examples of vocabulary entries are given.
