Аннотация:Abstract: The article is devoted to the problem of the legal protection ofdata of users of social networks. Businesses are interested in the data postedby users on their social media pages. Big data from social media usershave a high potential commercial value. However, at present, Russianlegislation does not provide for the legal possibility of processing data fortransferring it to third parties. For the development of digital markets, itis important to find a balance between the personal data protection ofsocial media users and data processing companies.
