Аннотация:Pulsed erbium lasers emitting in the 1.5-1.6 µm spectral range are widely used in laser
range-finding, optical location and LIBS systems. Passive Q-switching is one of the most efficient and easy-to-realize method to obtain short laser pulses at high repetition rate for above mentioned applications. In this report a diode-pumped Er,Yb:YAB laser emitting at 1550 nm ed carbon nanotube saturable absorber (SWCNT-SA) has been demonstrated.
