Аннотация:Background and Aims: People after stroke need complex rehabilitation of the emotional sphere.The study’s main aim was to evaluate the cerebral bioelectrical activity (CBA) features in strokepatients with mixed anxiety-depressive disorder (MADD) before and after biofeedback training.Methods: The study included 84 patients aged 35 to 75 years (Me ¼ 58 years) with cerebral infarctionin the right middle cerebral artery. Patients underwent a complex study of CBA EEG before and after15 neurofeedback alpha-rhythm trainings to reduce MADD.Results: In the eyes opened condition, there is a decrease in theta and alpha rhythms in the parietocentraland left frontal, parietal regions of both hemispheres, respectively. On the contrary, the powerof the alpha rhythm increased with eyes closed, especially in the temporal regions of the left hemisphere(LH) and central frontal regions. With eyes open, there is a decrease in the power of the beta1rhythm in the anterior and central-frontal parts of the LH. The power of the beta2 rhythm increases inthe LH, in the occipital and temporal regions. The dynamics of the power of beta1 and beta2 rhythmswith closed eyes is also noted in the LH. A decrease in the power of the beta1 rhythm with closed eyesis observed in the frontal regions of the LH. The power of the beta2 rhythm, on the contrary, increases,in the occipital regions of the LH.Conclusions: The obtained data should be accounted for development of effective psychologicalrehabilitation of stroke patients.
