Аннотация:The paper treats the lability as one of the basic principals of the modern Greek verb and so an adequate method of teaching the Greek labile verbs to Russian-speaking students should be elaborated. The first step was done in the manuals of A. Grishin (2007&2012), but the need for further describing and classifying them hasn’t eliminated yet, because the unchangeable valency and transitivity of the Russian verb hinders the Russian students from understanding the meaning of the Greek verbs, which show valency alternation.
