Аннотация:Synthesis of Josephson-junction structures capable of providing highly linear voltage response and high dynamic range for GHz frequency range is a challenging task for modern superconductor electronics. To approach to the problem solution we proposed differential scheme of two parallel SQIFs (Superconducting Quantum Interferometer Filter) that can be easy developed into a differential serial–parallel structure to increase performance of the device. To synthesize the highly optimal SQIF structure, an iterative algorithm can be used. The SQIF response parabolic form approaching is the mostly effective decision criterion for the algorithm and the experimentally measured SQIF characteristics as well.
