Аннотация:It is demonstrated that spatially selective crystallization of lithium-niobium-germanate glasses with the compositions (mol.%) 25Li2O ∙ 30Nb2O5 ∙ 45GeO2 and 30Li2O ∙ 25Nb2O5 ∙ 45GeO2 can be formed by using a femtosecond laser beam with formation of birefringent structures containing lithium niobate. A correlation was established between the orientation of the fast axis of birefringence of crystallized tracks and the polarization plane of the laser beam.
