- Аннотация: the subject of research in the article is e-government and its replacement digital government, whose technologies are aimed at full-scale digitalization of government mechanisms, practices of production and provision of public services based on the use of shared infrastructure. Special attention is paid to the problems of transition to digital government in the Russian Federation, including overcoming interdepartmental disunity in the use of digital technologies, increasing the openness of government mechanisms and their orientation to the end user.
